By purchasing, downloading, or using this avatar, you agree to the following terms:

1. GENERAL AGREEMENT

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product created by Bunny Byte, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all current and future digital products including avatars, assets, textures, clothing, prefabs, and any related files.

2. LICENSE & PERMISSIONS

All Bunny Byte products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may:

Edit, retexture, or customize the product for your own personal use.
Use the product in VRChat, videos, or streams as long as proper credit is given to Bunny Byte.
Upload the avatar to your own account only.

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, share, or trade any files — whether original, edited, or modified.
Upload the product to another person’s account or make it public.
Use any part of the product for commissions, reskins, kitbashing, or other commercial work without written permission.
Claim the product, assets, or parts of it as your own.
Port, convert, or re-upload Bunny Byte products to other platforms without consent.

All rights remain with Bunny Byte unless explicitly transferred in writing.

3. REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Compatibility issues or upload errors.
User misunderstanding of Quest/PC differences.
Performance issues caused by personal editing or improper setup.
General dissatisfaction after purchase.

Any chargeback or fraudulent dispute will result in revoked usage rights and a report to the store platform and VRChat moderation.

4. LIABILITY

Bunny Byte is not responsible for:

Broken uploads, errors, or performance issues caused by user modification or Unity/SDK changes.
Any damages, account bans, or loss of data resulting from improper use.
Incompatibility with future versions of VRChat, Unity, or third-party software.

Use all content at your own discretion and ensure you have basic knowledge of avatar importing and VRChat upload processes.

5. LEAKING & REDISTRIBUTION

Leaking, sharing, or redistributing any Bunny Byte product in any form — including edited versions, retextures, or derivative works — is strictly prohibited.

This includes but is not limited to:

Uploading files to Discord servers, drives, or websites.
Sending avatar files directly to others.
Making public versions of the avatar.

Violation of this policy will result in a DMCA takedown, revoked rights, and permanent ban from future purchases.

6. EDITING & MODIFICATIONS

Personal edits are welcome and encouraged, but:

You must keep credit to Bunny Byte visible and intact.
You may not distribute or sell edited versions.
You are fully responsible for any issues caused by edits or modifications.

7. COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

If you wish to use a Bunny Byte asset or avatar commercially (for commissions, resale, or public projects), contact Bunny Byte directly for a commercial license agreement.

Without written permission, all commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. UPDATES & SUPPORT

Updates to products are not guaranteed.

Bunny Byte may provide support at their discretion, but this is not an obligation.

Support may be refused if a user is disrespectful, attempts chargebacks, or ignores the Terms of Service.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Bunny Byte product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in revoked rights and legal action where applicable.

Unauthorized redistribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
